Facilitators promote dialogue and give English learners an opportunity to learn new vocabulary, hear and engage in English language conversation, and increase their connfidence. There is a large demand for English conversation from patrons at the Winters Community Library. The library cannot provide this valuable service without the help of volunteers! The Yolo County Library requires our volunteers reside in Yolo County or immediate surrounding counties (Sacramento, Solano, etc.) for virtual volunteer positions.
