Mission Statement

Proia Dance Project is a multimedia dance company, collaborative atelier, and interactive outreach partnership. We explore our art form's potential to convey a broad spectrum of human experience and the power of movement as healing. We advocate for the arts community, educate, and engage in conversations and exchanges between different artistic disciplines. We unify the community through the celebration of history, culture, and shared story. We provide classes and workshops, events, performances, and charitable giving of our talents. Our goal is to expose and introduce as many people as possible to the enjoyment and benefits of art through promoting dance in schools, expanding community awareness, and increasing professional development.
