Rein and Shine is a NARHA (North America Riding for the Handicapped Association) member facility that has been committed to providing horseback riding as therapy to children and adults with physical, mental and emotional disabilities since 2001.

To create and sustain an equine assisted therapy facility where people with disabilities of all kinds can learn, grow and heal.
