Mission Statement

To provide high-quality, affordable health care services and to improve the health of our members and the communities we serve.

Description

Hospice care is an approach to caring that promotes comfort (i.e. relief of pain and uncomfortable symptoms) instead of curative care. The emphasis of the hospice program is on keeping the patient at home with family and friends as long as possible. The patient, family, and caregivers are treated as one unit of care.

The Hospice team works closely with the patient, family, and caregivers to ensure comfort measures for pain / symptom control, emotional, and spiritual support.

The man i was in contact with did not contact me and when he did the 2nd time, i initiated it. The ad said for Victorville, CA office and then he tells me; No its for Fontana, CA. He did not have his dates right as he tried to tell me the dates he had. I had all emails and countered what he said. Not professional, only stated that i need a car even though i said on application that i did not have one, and i was not happy with outcome even though i filled out 27 pages with 1st contact emails.

I have yet to volunteer at this organization and don't know what to expect but it seems like I'll get the valuable experience I'm looking for. Once I see what it'll be like to be apart of this organization that'll determine if I'd recommend this company to someone else.
