Description

CCSEM is dedicated to providing the highest quality services to enhance the health and well being of individuals, families and the community. We believe each person regardless of race, creed or culture is created by God and thereby is worthy of respect. The cornerstone of our success is the ability to provide easy access to effective and caring programs for families and individuals in greatest need.
