Shades of a Cure is an organization dedicated to bringing cancer awareness to the community.

Description

Founded in 2010, Shades of a Cure is committed to bringing cancer awareness to the community. Through varies events annually, participants are informed of the different types of cancers, resources and much more. Our most notable event is our Annual Stroll 4 Cancer Awareness, which is the only walk in Harlem, NY. Participants enjoy the day as we support, encourage and bond with one another.

Sisters coming together to make a difference and a positive change in our lives. We take life for granted until we are hit with a crucial situation like cancer or any other illness that puts an impact in our lives. These sisters have and know their sense of purpose and mission, which motivates us to live, to go forward, to strive, to love and to appreciate.
