Mission Statement

River of Hope exists to meet people's crisis needs and assist them in becoming self-sufficient.

Description

We are a coalition of Christian congregations working in collaborative efforts with other area organizations and agencies to provide assistance to people living in Brazosport Area (Freeport zip code 77541- including Oyster Creek, Jones Creek, Quintana and Surfside, - Clute and Richwood zip code 77531, and Lake Jackson 77566). Our focus is to provide a portion of rent and utility assistance to those who quilify.

River of Hope is one of the few organizations in our area providing rent & utility assistance. The director, Nanette, is a caring individual who effectively determines those in need and seeks to get them through crises. It is a joy to work with her and her organization.
