Our mission is to provide free medical and dental services to the uninsured, low income families of Forsyth, Davie, and Stokes counties.

Description

Our clinic is open Monday through Thursdays and offers a variety of free services to our patients, including, but not limited to:

  • General Medicine

  • Gynecology
  • Dermatology
  • Physical Therapy
  • Neurology
  • Urology
  • Minor Surgery
  • Podiatry
  • Rheumatology

I would reccommend the Community Care Center becuase it affords the opportunity for low income families and individuals to get medical attention in this terrible recession.We need more places like the Care Center. I commend them greatly!
