Description
St. Luke's Residential Program is a full service substance abuse treatment facility that provides services to adult males and females with a history of chronic substance abuse, who are also indigent/homeless with co-occurring mental disorders. The program is based on the Hazelden Foundation's 12-Step Model Recovery Program. Hazelden is a multi-dimensional program with sound professional practices. This program works with a multi-disciplinary team approach in accordance with the 12-step principles of Narcotics/Alcoholics Anonymous (N.A./A.A.) The Hazelden program is a physical, spiritual and emotional approach to treatment. Upon admission to the program, clients are assessed and an individualized treatment plan is developed to address their needs.
