Description
About the Inspiration: Past Generations of Mothers, Grandmothers and Great-Grandmothers
Telos Training, Inc. is my community passion. I’m passionate about supporting an often overlooked community of grown women pursuing what I call a "3-D Life." I’m passionate about supporting women’s reclamation efforts of the self, a self often ignored and patronized, often by the very people bemoaning patriarchy. The irony of much of the feminist movement and it’s fight against patriarchy is that often the traditional, powerful work and insight of grown women is discarded, disregarded and viewed with disdain, often by the very beneficiaries of all that power, all that work and all that insight. Just as the irony of much of the civil rights movement and it’s fight against systems of racism is that often the traditional and powerful work along with the much of the amazing insight of women is disregarded, discarded, and viewed with disdain, again often by the very beneficiaries of all that power, all that work and all that insight-again, the ones bemoaning microaggressions.
