Mission Statement

At Ryan's Wings, our Mission is to raise public awareness through education about drug addiction. We strive to assist those in need of help, while offering financial scholarships to aid in their rehab and recovery. Through our own personal experiences, we are confident that we can truly help every person to spread their wings and soar into a successful, productive, and sober life.

Description

Ryan's Wings is a young nonprofit that is responding to the epidemic of drug oaddiction and over doses. It was created because of the tragic death of Ryan Daniel Pappa (26 yrs. old) due to an accidential drug overdose. We are set up to serve ages 12-26 in the state of Pennsylvania, currently focusing in Allegheny County, Pa. We have a board of 5 volunteers running the organization and several other volunteers helping with such things as website, fundraising and sponsorships.
