Oregon Environmental Council protects and restores Oregon's clean air and water by bringing Oregonians together to create socially just and economically sound environmental policies.

Description

The Oregon Environmental Council, established in 1968. was the first statewide environmental group in Oregon, and has played a key role creating Oregon's environmental legacy, including the bottle bill, statewide land use laws, and curbside recycling.
