Better World International is a great organization that can help you grow and learn your skills and feel good doing it. Over the time, I was working for them, I had a lot of opportunity to explore and practice my skills in web design and development all while doing something I know will help other people's lives. I was surrounded by supportive people who've helped me grow and have taken doing good to heart. In turn, you can't help but pass it along as well. I highly recommend anyone interested in a challenging yet amazing and purposeful volunteer opportunity to join.

First and foremost a cool product that I know will inspire others to embrace it. The beauty when interning with BWI is you the ability to offer great work or not. The culture is positive and upbeat and willing to do everything to be open with new ideas and improve you as a person not just professionally but personally as well. Don't give it a second thought, do it!

They asked for one thing and changed the assignment twice midway. Didn't honor original turnaround time and wanted it sooner. Once they received final submission, they changed their minds and wanted something entirely different.

Creative. Young. Global. Better World International is an organization that turns raw talent it to cultivated professionals. With educational programs, department leaders, and company culture, this is an experience all people should have. I was able to work in the Media platform development and with working with BWI, found my path in international marketing and communications in social influencing.

I have volunteered at Better World and I had learn about Wordpress and a lot of other things, such as, a/b testing, how to optimize websites, MVP...
They're are very committed to their goals and individual growth of volunteers.
It is not just about helping the organization, they provide you a cool and fun environment, with people all around the world. This helps you with communication skills and networking.
In top of that, they are trying to help change and improve the world.
Being a part of that it's a great thing. You can feel part of some amazing and be inspired to do your best and always try to improve.

My internship at Better World International proved to be an out-of-this-world experience, allowing myself to explore the depths of behavioural psychology and gamification in a proper business setting. Not only were the courses and tasks extremely helpful, but the culture of the organization provided great intrinsic value. As well, the team in Better World was incredibly efficient and kind throughout my whole journey.
Moreover, I would like to give a special shout-out to Corey Harnish (Gamification Architect Manager) for making my personal experience the best it can be. I'd highly recommend him if you are looking to work with an amazing business partner, career-coach, or a friend.
Overall, if you are looking for an internship that will challenge and develop your personal and professionally growth, Better World International is the place for you!

Better World is highly organized and believes it providing training for those tasked with making it a success. Pawel is dedicated to the work and is an amazing leader and visionary.
BW utilizes technology in ways to help bring people together and encourage people to do good things for each other.
I feel fortunate to have met Pawel and to have been a part of the team, even though for a short time.

Better World International is a terrific environment. Everyone is very supportive and wants to see others succeed. This is a very intense company but in a good way. You definitely get out what you put in. They are not joking when they say that they want you to learn. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something special. Your ideas and feedback are valued and you’re only limited by your own desires. The best part is the start up feel, as you are helping shape something that will grow to be something special. Everything is fully transparent and you also benefit as you see a company being built. This is honestly one of the best-organized companies that I have had the pleasure of working with. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

BWI is an organization built on very important values, it's main goal is to built a better society for everyone, helping others succeed and live with a bigger purpose in life. Everyone on this organization has different backgrounds and comes from different cultures, which helps us learn more and become more understanding and tolerant towards the differences and peculiarities of all mankind. Most importantly everything is done with love and support from the whole group, there's no competition, just help from peers so everybody can grow individually and also as a group. The experience will enrich you professionally and personally.

Being part of Better World International taught me so much in such a short period of time.
I learned about team work, praising others, discipline, commitment, organization,honesty, and overcoming challenges.
Better World International is a place where your ideas matter, communication is welcome and hard work is rewarded. Better World International truly is a place where dreams become reality.

I have volunteered at Better World as a video editor and the experience is simply unparalleled. Better World is such a friendly organisation, the people are caring and there is a really strong sense of community and helping one another. They are committed to your exponential growth and development with their devotion to learning and advancing your personal skills as well as working towards strong goals (environmental as well as interpersonal) and represent the beating heart of what change should be. If you want to help change the world, if you want to make a difference and give a material contribution, then you should certainly join the amazing guys at Better World International! I have been volunteering with Better World, helping them launch their new product The Good Cards for the past month. This has been a great experience. I have not only been able to volunteer on an ongoing basis but they have also enabled me with materials to help myself grow professionally as well. Overall a great organization with great leadership and structure that really cares about helping those who volunteer with them as much as they do their cause.

Working with Better World International was an incredible experience. I have never seen so much passion and drive in any other team I have worked with. But all the more their focus on your experience and your learning was amazing!
Within a few months I have learnt more than in years in other organisations!

I am currently interning and felt that many people would be looking for an opportunity like this.Its a place which ensures that you can develop all the skills that we want and guides you through the way with amazing courses.

Working with Better World International has been one of the best experiences of my life. Not only it made me more knowledgeable, but also it made me a better person. A place where each and every member is passionate, cooperative and most importantly motivates each other to deliver their best. Better World International is truly an organization that cares about developing the people that take the time to contribute to their social impact projects. With a constant dedication to learning, and a high demand for results, I find that I am constantly growing while contributing to projects that are changing lives, and have results to prove it.
Besides the organizational learning, I have found the people that I collaborate with and the ways we communicate as an organization to be the most comfortable "work" scenario I've been in.
