Mission Statement

YES, Inc's mission is "Empowering individual advancement and community impact through youth success coaching". Vision is "To deliver an efficient, exportable model for economic and civic advancement among under-resourced youth" ages 14-19. Our core values are "Upward mobility, civic involvement, diversity in leadership, planning for success, giving back, inter-generational collaboration, competition, achievement, fiscal responsibility, healthy living". We focus on the value of each child's success to gain a WINNING WAYS!

Description

In late 2013, recognizing that its activities had involved an ethnic cross-section of local youth, Pro USA officially committed to serving all youth regardless of race or national origin. The organization began a strategic planning process to optimize its role in the network of community supports for youth in "The Brooklyns." By May 2015 a new program focus on youth success coaching had emerged. To underscore this focus, Pro USA changed its name to Yes, Inc. (short for Youth Engaging Success).

As announced in May 2015, Yes, Inc. partners with community institutions and individual volunteers. At present the adult professionals and youth working to launch Yes, Inc.'s new operations are engaged as volunteers. The organization is building capacity to hire staff and launch regular, year-round activities supporting the Success Plan program. Mentors.
