HPI is a volunteer-based organization that creates quality, affordable housing for income-qualified families. Our core programs include Homeownership for first-time home buyers, rental for families working to purchase their first home, and housing for people with special needs.
Volunteer time and local contributions allow us to qualify for outside grants. This combination of contributions allows us to subsidize the price of our housing to make it affordable for our client families.
