The various Connection Programs of Connected Community Partnership are:
- Tech Reconnect - Refurbish PCs for students and families in Bartholomew County
- NP Connect - Technology support to Not-for-Profit agencies in Bartholomew County
- Project Connect - Provide PCs to students for educational purposes
- Community Connect - Keeping the Bartholomew County community better connected
- Connect & Learn - Educate members of the community to use computers and the Internet

The mission of Connected Community Partnership is to position Bartholomew County to develop the technology resources and processes we need to:
- Collaborate in accomplishing our community goals for a vital economy, effective government, excellent education, inclusiveness, and a safe and healthy environment
- Gain greater access to technology
- Make more effective use of community resources
