The Southern Arizona Chapter of the American Red Cross encompasses five counties: Pima, Santa Cruz, Cochise, Graham and Greenlee. We provide training in Health and Safety, such as CPR and First Aid, Disaster Response and humanitarian services for the military personnel and their families. (Due to the nature of our work, we are required to conduct criminal background checks on all staff and volunteers).
Mission Statement
The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.
