Description

New Hope Home, Inc., provides and manages 140 affordable housing units for People over 62 or younger with a disability in the City of Long Beach, California. A full time management team is on site. Two Resident Service Coordinators connect Community Members to resources that enable them to live safely and independently in their own homes. This is done individually and collectively through one on one consultations, educational seminars, community events and no cost community services.
