Mission Statement

The mission of the HRCDC is to enhance the people of the Hampton Roads community quality of life through the creation of programs that will engage senses, stimulate minds. We accomplish our mission through mentoring of youth, creation of programs that focus on education, physical and fiscal fitness and programs that promote citizenship.

Description

The Hampton Roads Community Development Corporation is a non-profit organization that seeks to provides several programs to the Hampton Roads Community to benefit the community as a whole. The program will form partnerships with local governmental agencies, school districts and the juvenile court system to foster a commitment to the Community that will promote pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, and reassert a sense of hope in the future.
