Mission Statement

The San Antonio Education Partnership creates college opportunities, access, and success for our community.

Description

The San Antonio Education Partnership (SAEP) was established in 1988 by a group of San Antonio’s forward thinkers who knew that if they created an organization that gave at-risk students the tools to successfully graduate high school and navigate the process of applying to and enrolling in postsecondary studies, the City would reap economic benefits as these students persisted to earning a college credential. For more than 25 years, SAEP has been at the center of successful cross-sector collaboration with the primary goal of increasing the educational attainment of San Antonio’s community and improving the city’s future economic vitality.

The goal of SAEP is to close the college graduation gap for San Antonio by helping its students graduate from high school, enroll in college, and earn a college degree and/or certificate. To achieve this goal, the Partnership delivers its key services each year through three programs: Road to Success, cafécollege, and the cafécollege scholarship program.

Our vision is to be THE leader in delivering innovative and dynamic college access and success programming.
