The Peninsula Foster Grandparent Program is sponsored locally by and serves the Cities of Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg and the Counties of York and James City.

They serve in community organizations such as schools, Faith-based Daycare centers, and Head Start programs as well as detention and community centers throughout the Peninsula.
