Mission Statement

The Foundation has been established to assist individuals and families in breaking the chain of homelessness through proper assistance. The Foundation plans on helping a few individuals and families at a time. The Foundation will support these families primarily through assistance with living accommodations, basic services, job finding assistance and education. We believe that a program highly focused on assisting the right individuals with fair living accommodations and educational support will be able to eventually break the chain of poverty and homelessness for these families. The Foundation's goal is for these families to be able to support themselves and to eventually help others achieve similar results.

Description

The St. Clairs Hearts Foundation was established to assist and expand upon the work of Albert St. Clair, a real-life hero who has spent decades providing desperately-needed food, clothing, and other necessities to those living in tent communities, in addition to helping over 50 individuals and families find and furnish homes. The St. Clair's Hearts Foundation is a local organization operating in the St. Louis Metropolitian region--but Albert's dream is to reach out to homeless veterans and families nationwide. In addition to helping veterans and families build good homes and better lives for the long-term, the Foundation collects food, clothing, household & sanitary goods, and furniture to distribute to those in need.
