For one hour, one day a month volunteers deliver meals to seniors on a specified route. Volunteers provide both vital nutrition and vital social interaction for elderly members of the community.

I absolutely love volunteering for "Meals on Wheels". The individuals that I deliver meals to are very appreciative for this service. It is nice to be around such greatful individuals.
