Mission Statement

Kadima is a Jewish mental health agency whose mission is to provide psychological services, residential options, supported employment and social activities on a nonsectarian basis. Kadima also provides public education and advocacy to enhance the quality of life for individuals and their families affected by psychiatric disabilities.

Description

Kadima serves more than 200 clients on a residential and outpatient basis who have severe mental illness. On an outpatient level, we serve children aged 3 - 18 years diagnosed with mental health issues such as schiziophrenia, ADHD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, and eating disorders. Kadima also serves adults diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or chronic depression on a residential or outpatient basis. Kadima has a strong commitment to ensure that adult clients with serious mental illness live in decent, stable, affordable and safe housing which promotes integration into the community and that children be given every opportunity to grow into productive and healthy adults.
