Description

The Legal Center for Nonprofits provides educational programming for founders, board members, volunteers, staff, and the public on topics related to nonprofit management and legal compliance. We also provide direct legal services, such as formation of nonprofit organizations, from incorporation through IRS tax-exempt status determination, applications for reinstatement of tax-exempt status, and consultation and training for boards of directors.
