The Society of Hispanic Veterans
The Society of Hispanic veterans was created in response to the high demand of hispanic veterans needs and guidance in South florida. We are dedicated to achieve a higher level of service to those who risk their precious lifes in battle. Today with the assistance of technology and volunteers eager to help we can make a difference and stand out for a human cause. The Society of Hispanic Veterans is working on several projects at the moment including housing assistance, health care, transportation, clothing, kids needs and much much more. Educating veterans on their rights, their families rights and benefits are also a main key goal on our mission, we are here not only to help but to care.
Mission Statement
> To honor and perpetuate the memory of deceased veterans and to assist their survivors;
> To assist hospitalized, disabled and needy war veterans and their dependants
> To be an information and referral source for veterans, their spouses and dependants in the areas of housing assistance, employment, job training, education, legal assistance, veterans benefits and government benefits
