Description

For over 25 years, Kare has been providing assistance for neighbors who find themselves in need. KARE provides utility, rent and mortgage assistance, food pantry and a clothing closet for residentents in the following area:Heath Springs, Kershaw, Westville, Bethune, Liberty Hill,Cassatt and Jefferson.
