The role of an Intake Coordinator is to greet program applicants and collect personal information relevant to eligibility for services. He or she will address applicant inquiries and concerns, demonstrated by attention to detail and organizational abilities. Zion Intake Coordinators must also possess strong interpersonal skills and exemplify excellence in customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES Consumer Experience. Complete the initial Interview with applicants and help them to complete their application. Ensure that all required documentation is collected. Schedule appointments with eligibility workers for consultation and final determination for services. Answer phones and complete vital clerical functions. Create and maintain participant files.

PROFILE Zion World Wide Mission Inc is an international non-profit organization supporting low and no-income individuals within our communities. Our Warehouse Worker/ Driver is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to our thrift store replenishment needs. A warehouse worker maintains the organization and will retrieve stock from any location within the warehouse. A warehouse worker works closely with the Store/Warehouse manager by creating reports and actively monitoring. Duties include: receiving incoming merchandise, entering them into the warehouse database, and keeping track of in-stock/out-of-stock items. The warehouse worker ensures that accurate records are kept of all merchandise by opening all incoming containers and monitoring merchandise leaving the warehouse to be placed on the floor, as well as, those items that are returned to the warehouse. The warehouse worker ensures that customer returns are kept separate from incoming merchandise and are properly disposed of. The warehouse worker keeps aisles clear and free of debris to make it easy to access bins and pallets according to safety regulations. A major goal of the warehouse worker is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for writing proposals for both unrestricted operating revenue and restricted projects and for submitting timely and accurate reports for all existing grant funded projects. Responsibilities: Responsible for conducting the full range of activities required to prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals to foundation and corporate sources. Perform prospect research on foundations and corporations to evaluate prospects for corporate and foundation grants. Zion IT Technicians support Zion needs across all divisions. Zion is looking for a qualified IT Technician that will install and maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. To install, maintain and repair hardware & software components of computers throughout the organization. They may also support these systems through remote access or site visits as needed by management teams. A successful IT Technician must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems. The ideal candidate will have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. Our goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on our business sustainability. Our IT Technician will report directly to the CEO and/or other management staff designated by the CEO. RESPONSIBILITIES Organizational Experience.
