*** Weatherford, Texas office *** NEWSFLASH: Just because I'm GIVING you my time doesn't give you the right to THROW IT AWAY or waste it!! Do not attempt to volunteer here, the staff is so bad they must not want volunteers for fear of losing their jobs to someone who wants to do something! After signing in and telling staff I was there to volunteer, I was told to take a seat. I did so, for 40 minutes! In that time I was never reassured someone would be with me at any point. The building is depressing inside and out, 40 minutes in the lobby was agony. AGAIN, I was left to wait for 40 minutes with no sign I was ever going to be seen, much less given the chance to actually do anything productive. How many hours a day do you have to volunteer? Unless it's the entire day, I recommend you look elsewhere because this place will most likely leave you to die of boredom in the lobby twiddling your thumbs and you will have made no difference to anyone.
