Description

Cumberland Community Action Program (CCAP) is a non-profit organization and charity offering programs that encourage overall life-style growth. The five programs or "Business Units" include the Second Harvest Food Bank of Southeast North Carolina (SHFB SE NC), Head Start, Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS), Community Service Block Grant Programs, Energy Efficiency, and Housing.
