Description
The Restorative Justice Program is a service of the Clay County Attorney's Office. The program's primary purpose is to engage those harmed by crime or conflict and those responsible for the harm. This is done by providing an opportunity to communicate, which allows everyone affected to be a partner in repairing the harm and finding a positive way to move forward.
The program:
--Provides the opportunity for everyone who has been directly or indirectly involved in a crime to have a voice in how to repair the harm that was caused
--Gives communities the opportunity to be involved in the justice process
--Allows individuals and communities to seek justice in a restorative way
