An organization that does some good and the work that you are asked to do is pretty enjoyable. Seems to have a very flexible schedule that could fit many schedules.

EPCAMR is a non-profit group that seeks funds to support local community efforts by involving the local community volunteers directly in cleaning up their own areas and watersheds. EPCAMR only has a full-time staff of 2, plus seasonal interns that are doing a tremendous job of reaching out into the coalfield communities and engaging residents and students alike to assist them in making their communities a cleaner and safer place to live, work, and recreate. They need all the volunteers that they could get. They are very good at what they do and they actively participate in the efforts and don't just stand around. They truly like to get their hands dirty.

EPCAMR is really trying to make a difference in the communities impacted by historic mining. They have bee successful in not only cleaning up these illegal dump sites but making some community gardens and parks with the areas they clean up.
