Our mission is to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health. Our vision is a world without Alzheimer’s disease.

Description

The Alzheimer's Association counts on 35,000 volunteers nationwide. Please join us in helping achieve our vision of creating a world without Alzheimer's disease while optimizing the quality of life for people who are affected by Alzheimer's. Whether you can spare a couple of hours a week or make a more significant time commitment, we hope you will consider joining this very special community. The Alzheimer's Association, MA/NH Chapter has office locations in Waltham, Springfield, Worcester, and Raynham, MA, and Bedford, NH.

There are a lot of great volunteer opportunities at the Alzheimer's Association, as well as training and support. I was accepted as a volunteer group facilitator and am in training for this position now.

Extra Friendly Staff and volunteers! Had an awesome time volunteering at their Walk to End Alzheimer's in Cambridge. There was so much positive energy that morning!
