Description
Volunteers of America of Florida has a unique approach in providing services and programs within our communities. We look at where the need is greatest and avoid duplicating existing services. Volunteers of America of Florida fills in the gaps and reaches out to special needs populations that would otherwise go without.
Our services and programs are built on lasting partnerships with state and local governments, churches, businesses, health care professionals and individual donors. These valuable partnerships are essential in helping solve our communities' problems.

Pleasant place to help. Did filing in finance.

I wrote to them and told them ideas for additional projects that I am qualified to develope and lead, and instead of saying they weren't interested in that, I had to call and email to have them finally tell me, and they told me as if it was yesterday when I had first contacted them, and it had been over 2 weeks. A simple email that would have taken a minute to write saying thank you for your ideas, but we are unable to expand, would have been sufficient and a respectful response instead of ignoring someone who literally was prepared to give them free labor.
