Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide quality, accessible and comprehensive primary care services to the population of Allendale, Barnwell and surrounding counties, as well as continue to develop new services in an effort to meet the needs of our medically underserved community. As part of our mission, we also commit to providing clinical eduation to health professions students for the purpose of providing a rural experience in a medically underserved area.

Description

We are a partially federally-funded community health center. We see all patients from pregnancy, birth, through geriatrics. We have some specailty providers who come once a month as well as an on-site pharmacy. We see all patients, including those who can and those who can't afford to pay. We have both doctors and mid-level providers on staff. We have many staff members who have worked with us for over 15 years, some over 20. We continue to grow and want to provide extra attention to our patients and give them a great experience while in our office.
