Mission Statement

Safe Kids Florida Suncoast is led by St. Petersburg All Children's Hospital, which provides dedicated and caring staff, operation support and other resources to assist in achieving our common goal: keeping your kids safe.

Based on the needs of the community, this coalition implements evidence-based programs, such as car-seat checkups, safety workshops and sports clinics, that help parents and caregivers prevent childhood injuries.

Description

Our coalitions in the United States take action to provide proven and practical ways to keep kids safe. They host safety events, conduct workshops in everything from schools to hospitals, advocate for effective legislation, and distribute safety devises such as car seats, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, helmets, and personal floatation devises.
