Mission Statement

The Joplin Memorial Half was created as a way to honor the 161 people who lost their lives in the May 22nd, 2011 tornado and to provide hope to the Joplin community while at the same time staging a first class event that runners will come back for again and again.

Description

There are multiple events associated with the Joplin Memorial Half on Friday, May 15th and Saturday May 16th, 2015, including a Walk of Silence, Kid's Run, 5K, and the Half Marathon.
