To promote family readiness, improve quality of life, and empower our military families through education, communication, resources, and community involvement.

Description

- Provide Unit support by acting as a liaison between base leadership and Service Members and their families.

- Key Volunteers will support Wing Units by assisting with deployer support, family outreach, and special Wing events. Key Volunteers will provide moral boosters which include, but are not limited to: preparing baby layettes, care packages, welcome homes and send-offs, Easter Egg Hunt, and Mothers and Fathers Days events.

- Share in a collaborative process with base leadership and the Airman and Family Readiness Office to create new and sustainable ways to benefit Wing Units.

- Maintain open communication with the Airman & Family Readiness Office (VISTA Coordinators) regarding the needs of the 1 st Sergeants, Service Members, and their families.
