If you are interested in improving your clerical skills and experience, or if you are interested in gaining experiences within a medical office environment, AccentCare Hospice is looking for you to be a part of our team. We have a very friendly, fun, and supportive office environment. Duties could include answering the phones, calling patients and their families, filling in medical records, creating patient charts, and more. This is a great way to gain experience in a medical office.

Circle of Care volunteers call patients or their caregivers each week to check on their needs prior to the weekend. Volunteers follow a phone script, assisting them to identify patient needs such as medication refills, supplies, or equipment that needs to be addressed prior to the weekend. As a Circle of Care volunteer, you'll contribute to a collaborative, proactive approach in caring for terminally ill patients and their families. After training and education, the calls may be done from your home or your local AccentCare office....or even a coffee shop!
