TLC Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit organization staffed by volunteers. We rescue dogs from the Rowan, Fleming, Bath and Carter County areas in northeastern Kentucky and work with rescues/adopters throughout the northeast. Please send any donations through our website at http://tlcr.petfinder.com
