Since the early 1970's the objectives of the InterAmerican Workshop Inc. have been:
♦ to encourage communication between peoples and organizations of differing cultures
♦ to survey and track issues affecting multicultural understanding
♦ to identify matters of concern for the international community
♦ to research options and incorporate others in problem resolution
♦ to help institutions and agencies design and implement programs promoting cross-cultural understanding
♦ to engage peoples of all cultures in the training of others
