Alley Cat Guardians runs a model Trap, Neuter, Return program for residents of Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties. Our programs include low cost spay/neuter services for unowned feral,stray and pet cats; feral cat trapping instruction; and a support network for feral colony caretakers.
Mission Statement
Alley Cat Guardians, founded in 2002, works to humanely reduce the number of feral and homeless cats in Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties by promoting Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR). Alley Cat Guardians' implementation of a complete TNR program provides feral cats a safe and healthy living environment through our low-cost, high-quality sterilization and vaccination clinic. TNR is a major component of the community's strategy to reduce the number of cats euthanized annually at the municipal shelter.
