Mission Statement
Our mission is to help our returning military and their families attain the happiness and quality of life here at home that they so deserve after serving our country. Whether it is in finding employment, starting new businesses, completing their educations, assessing for new vocations, or locating health care to fully meet their needs, our coaches and mentors are here to help during the transition to civilian life.

We are a 501c3 nonprofit that provides free coaching and mentoring to veterans and their spouses transitioning to civilian life. We offer coaching in career development, life/relationships, educational opportunities, small business development, accessing veterans' benefits, and more...
We define a coach as a "facilitator of positive change"..someone who guides another to take positive action to achieve a specific goal or goals. On our website (http://www.standbesidethem.org) we have a roster of highly experienced, certified life, business, career, wellness, educational, executive coaches who are passionate about coaching our veterans to create the bright futures that they deserve after sacrificing so much for our country.
Some benefits from the coaching include: better family relationships result as communication is restored; caregivers feel supported and learn to take care of themselves too; a veteran small-business gets up and running; a job, or training for a new career becomes a reality, self-esteem is restored.
Our coaching can be provided in person, or via phone or SKYPE.
