Mission Statement

the objectives of the PTO are:

  • to promote the welfare of our students at home, school and in the community
  • To foster a working relationship between home, school, parents and teachers
  • To conduct fundraising projects for the benefit of Borden schools

Description

The PTO provides volunteer support and funds for the Borden schools based on the needs for the school year. Each year the PTO sets a budget of expenditures based upon requests of teachers and staff and the recommendation of the school principals. The amount of funds budgeted is based upon the projected income the PTO expects to raise from fundraising events throughout the year.
