ABC Solutions provides nationwide innovative employment services for adults with limited or significant disabilities. Services we provide are completed in phases, which is an unique way to determine which career path is right for you. In this process, typically you will receive a:

  • Free 30 day assessment - getting to know a person and finding out about their interests, abilities, and the things they need help with
  • Benefits Overview- a structured meeting that will explain your benefits in simple terms
  • Planning guide - a person-centered approach to developing work-related goals and strategies to secure the right job match and promote success in that job
  • Pathway map for career development - a tailored approach to finding the right job match for each person, and for assisting businesses in securing valuable employees
  • Job Coach - assistance for the new employee in learning their job while on the job, and assistance for the business in learning how to manage their new employee
  • Goal plan for Long-term Support - ongoing follow-up with the employee and employer to promote and ensure continued success

I enjoyed my summer working with the team at ABC! Free coffee/tea during my stay and volunteer appreciation days was really cool. It's was tough for some people, but I really had a great experience. If I am selected back to work next opportunity, I will be back!

My experience with abc solutions was very disappointing. It makes no sense that they look for volunteers since the only thing they care about is making money and they could clearly pay someone to do the job. They are very unreliable and they just want to take advantage of free labor... It's a shame.
