'WEEN DREAM is an all-volunteer national nonprofit that collectes gently used and new costumes for kids in need every Halloween. Our goal is to make sure that every kid, regardless of circumstance, can have one really special day and be who or whatever they chose to be! #givethegiftofhalloween
