Regional Arts Council of Zachary

Mission Statement

The Regional Arts Council of Zachary is a non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire and enliven the community through the arts, and to enhance and preserve the cultural and economic health of the region. The members nd board of the Regional Arts Council of Zachary believe that art is important tothe life of our community and nourishes the development of our youth. The Council intends to accomplish these goals by:

1. Promoting communication, cooperation and support of the arts in Zachary and the surrounding areas,
2. Serving as a liaison between the arts and businesses, government, and educational institutions,
3. Providing educational services for and about the arts through classes, lectures and performances for adults and youth.
