Mission Statement

Spiraling Toward Joy Group is a non-profit that empowers individuals with the tools and resources to find and sustain core happiness within themselves and their communities. It does this by teaching practical skills through classes, workshops, and related activities.

Description

Spiraling Toward Joy presents Happiness Workshops and classes at various venues. We are always looking for new places to teach the Course on Happiness. This can be a 2 hour presentation at a staff meeting, a one day workshop at a private home. a weekend workshop at the coast. The classes run from 4 to 10 weeks. We've spread the Joy from Seattle, WA to Crescent City, CA at Spiritual Centers, Senior living centers, Mental Health Agencies, National Happiness Conference.

Attendees learn to shift how they are feeling to a better feeling. They build skills and resources within communities to spread the joy.
