Incorporated in 1965, the Human Development Commission is one of 29 Community Action Agencies in the state of Michigan that cares about the entire community and is dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other.

i love working with first and second graders-my inner child must be on their level. i understand them and can commincate with them sooo easily. i worked the fgp in port huron, it is so rewarding to know i helped the children learn and to give them love.
