The mission of D.E.S.T.I.N.E.D. to Succeed, Inc. is to enrich the lives of young people and families through affordable, creative, quality program opportunities that focus on increased proficiency in academic areas, social and cultural enrichment, and a comitment to engage families in their children's education.

Are you a social media guru? Is your thing graphic designing? Or maybe you are super at Business Development? Are you gifted in the arts? How about helping out in the office in an administrative capacity? Perhaps you would rather help in programming with the youth and families? Then, we are looking for you!
D.E.S.T.I.N.E.D. to Succeed, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) tax exempt youth & family empowerment organization serving the Greater New Haven community since 2012. We prioritize serving low to moderate income persons as this population most frequently face barriers to education, employment and leadership advancement. Through our four Pillars of Excellence (Career Exploration/Entrepreneurship, College Preparation, Leadership Development, and Life Skills), we provide a lens by which participants are addressing their ability to achieve lifelong, self-defined success. At D2S we empower our youth and families to learn what they are passionate about and provide progressive programs focused on entrepreneurship, life skills, goal setting and achievement to help turn their passions into careers. Our primary target population is Grades 7-12 and families.
Our vision is to provide families with a viable venue for out-of-school time hours and to foster partnerships between schools, families, and community.
